We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in creating websites for optimum performance while designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. MUST HAVE SKILLS : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, MySQL Added advantage : Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD Key Duties and Responsibilities • Create and maintain the company's global external websites, optimizing look, feel, functionality, and navigation logic; alongside be responsible on case-to-case basis for the same, for our clients based on their requirements as well. • Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices • Be responsible for creating and testing applications for websites, maintaining, expanding, and scaling them • Design and write web pages with a combination of codes (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, PHP) • Program web pages working with databases and programming languages to perform back-end work (i.e., MySQL, PHP) • Ensuring that the website is technically sound and can be easily crawled and indexed by search engines. This includes optimizing website speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture. • Building high-quality backlinks from other websites to improve the website's authority and credibility. • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities. • Collaborating with graphic designers and/or product managers to match the design intent and translate programming logic and design ideas into web-compatible code. • Integrate data with various backend services and databases as needed Requirements / Qualification • Proven working experience in web programming for at least 2 years will be preferred • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS • Experience integrating forms and website lead flow to CRM • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools • Basic knowledge of the SEO process • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques. • BS in computer science or a related field Preferred Candidate • Someone who takes ownership and is responsible. • Communicates well, is curious, self-motivated, hard-working & well-organized. • Likes to explore new techniques and technologies and puts them to use innovatively.
