Job Title: Inventory Manager Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Company: Surya International Enterprise Private Limited Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related operations in our company. The candidate will be responsible for managing raw materials, finished goods, and ensuring timely dispatch and availability of stock. This role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills, along with the ability to streamline inventory processes effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  1. Dispatch Operations:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to clients and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team for effective shipment planning and tracking.
  1. Procurement Coordination:
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely supply of raw materials.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock levels and supplier deliveries.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory storage and reduce wastage.
  • Improve processes for faster turnaround times in dispatch operations.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular inventory and dispatch reports for management review.
  • Analyze inventory trends and propose solutions for cost savings.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards during inventory handling and storage.
  • Manage inventory procedures as per company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in an EPC or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
