Manager- Operational Excellence

We are looking for a Manager- Operational Excellence for an Indian Pharmaceutical MNC based in Navi Mumbai. Position: Sr Manager/ Manager- Operational Excellence (Plant based role) Experience: 5+ years in Pharmaceutical industry Qualification: Masters in Life Science/Engineering + PMP and Six Sigma (Green/Black belt) certified Essential Skills: MIS Reporting, Operational Excellence KPI Management, Data analysis and collation. Location: Ambernath Key Responsibilities:

• Management Information System (MIS):

1. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational dashboards and KPI tracking.
3. Optimize and automate reporting processes.

• Operational Excellence:

1. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Monitor and improve KPIs

• Project Management:

1. Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
2. Develop and execute project plans, including risk management and resource allocation.
3. Ensure alignment of projects with strategic goals and organizational priorities.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting through MIS to support decision-making.
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost through operational excellence initiatives.
• Successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, achieving intended business objectives.
• Manage MIS systems to ensure reliable data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing resources and mitigating risks effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and project goals.
• Train and mentor teams on continuous improvement practices and project management skills.

• Experience in MIS, Operational Excellence and Project Management
• A Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MS). Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) & PMP (Project Management Professional) will be preferred.

• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and MIS tools.
• Strong KPI tracking and process optimization skills.
