Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dieticians, and pharmacologists. The clinical team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients. We have cared for nearly 1,00,000+ intensive care patients across 23 states in India and saved numerous lives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving the accuracy of our data, which powers the insights and services we deliver to our users.

  • Accurately enter, update, and manage data in the company’s databases and systems.
  • Ensure that all data entered is correct, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support when needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by handling all data-related requests with professionalism and care.
  • Assist patients and healthcare providers by troubleshooting data entry issues and ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of patient records by adhering to HIPAA and data protection standards.
  • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies before entering into the system.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality
  • Continuously update and improve data entry processes
  • Handle customer support via email responses and other backend processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in non-voice process, backend operations, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in handling emails and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Previous experience in medical data entry
  • Additional certifications in medical terminology, healthcare administration
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Google sheets) and data entry software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
