Job Description

Contribute to improving e-commerce website activities and the overall performance to achieve goals (i.e.: improve user experience, increase website traffic and sales, develop brand loyalty). Execute the Call to Action (CTA) campaigns with Channel e-commerce team on a monthly basis. Create daily CTA ad campaigns on search engines and social media while tracking performance to optimize results. Analyze and enhance the sell-out forms to increase CTA conversions. Work closely with Brand, Artwork Designers, and other relevant departments to provide updated content (i.e.: banners, photos, posts...) for assigned accounts to be shared across e-commerce platforms. Follow up and track efficient spending of e-commerce budget. Possess a strong knowledge of the e-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, consumer research, and industry trends. Create and update brand target audiences to boost ad performance.
