As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer to oversee and enhance our IT operations, ensuring seamless integration and innovation across our organisation. Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Chief Information Officer with a strong background in IT management and hands-on expertise in: Applications: Microsoft Azure, Share Point, Power Automate, Zapier, Dev Ops, Security, and Compliance (e.g., App 8) Programming Languages: Java, HTML, JSON The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering efficient IT solutions. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, leading technical teams, and driving innovation to support our operations. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management:Oversee and maintain the organisation's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Platform Optimization:Develop, maintain, and optimize Share Point, Power Automate, Zapier, and other platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency. Workflow Development:Create and manage workflows, forms, and data processes using advanced tools and programming languages. Technical Support:Provide IT troubleshooting, support, and issue resolution, particularly for Windows-based systems. Security Management:Implement security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company data and assets. Manage security incidents and breaches with corrective measures. Emerging Technologies:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in IT to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of technology. Staff Training:Conduct onboarding sessions and train staff on Microsoft products, including Office 365. Backup and Recovery:Perform regular backups to safeguard data integrity and continuity. Integration with Business Processes:Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT solutions effectively. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of IT experience, with a proven track record in IT management. Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Microsoft Certified Engineer Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Share Point, Power Automate, Zapier, Java, HTML, JSON, Office 365, CRM, and Flows. Knowledge of security and compliance measures (e.g., App 8). Industry Knowledge: Experience in the NDIS or aged care industry is an advantage. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Why Join Us?
