This role involves creating captivating designs for everything from blogs to marketing materials, all while collaborating closely with our Creative Support team. - Produce quality design work and assist in the creation of an array of digital materials.
- Adhere to the brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Creative Support team to develop design concepts, and apply feedback to evolve the work.
- Be vocal in review/brainstorm sessions by showing confidence in the design decisions.
- Act as the production support to the Creative Support team.
- Assist with the preparation, designing, and creating art files for all offline and online marketing materials including blogs, SEO visuals and other related responsibilities as needed.
- Suggest fresh design styles and creative direction that suit users' needs.
- Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and template/elements inspiration to summarize as user insights.
- Maintain a full understanding of expected deadlines and visual preferences.
Job Requirements
The Person:- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
- Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge in CapCut is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
