The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack . BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE: We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to provide visionary leadership for all HR activities within our organization. The VP of HR will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance the demands of a fast-paced, innovative environment while fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Your KRAs will include the following:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with organizational goals to drive business success and foster a high-performance culture.
- Leadership Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent in fintech, finance, and technology domains.
- Hiring Process Oversight: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes to ensure cultural and skill alignment with business needs.
- Staffing & Workforce Planning: Forecast staffing requirements based on business growth, product innovation, and market demands.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, ensuring clear goal setting, continuous feedback, and development.
- Leadership Development: Identify and cultivate high-potential employees for leadership roles, creating leadership development programs to nurture future leaders from within.
- Benefits & Well-being Programs: Oversee benefits strategies to enhance employee well-being and long-term retention.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
- Organizational Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Global HR Operations: Manage HR operations across international teams, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across teams.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools to drive data-informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends, regulatory challenges, and talent dynamics in the fintech and financial sectors.
- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s engineering degree or related studies
- 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles , ideally within fintech, finance, or technology-driven organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking with a business-oriented HR approach.
- Proven passion for talent development, employee engagement, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
- Expertise in creating high-performance organizational cultures.
- Experience managing global HR operations and driving change management in fast-paced, innovative environments.
