JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the architecture and design of full-stack solutions. ✅ Implement and maintain front-end features using Next.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. ✅ Work with UX/UI designers to translate design specifications into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces.. ✅ Collaborate with other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. ✅ Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team. ✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users or identified through testing. ✅ Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions. ✅ Able to design and manage MySQL databases, including optimizing queries and database performance. ✅ Able to develop, test, and maintain server-side logic using Laravel for backend services. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React.js, Next.js
- Skills in technologies like Laravel, MySQL, and Express.js (beneficial).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with server-side languages such as PHP (Laravel framework).
- Knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
