Entity Description The KPI Institute is a research institute specializing in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services. The Functional Areas Enablement Institute (FAEI), part of the wider ecosystem of The KPI Institute, is a research organization dedicated to identifying better ways to manage operations across functional areas. Our unique approach to operations enablement involves separating the generic managerial activities across functional areas from the specific one unique to each department. The generic activities are documented in the FAEI's Functional Area Management Framework, while the specific activities to each department documented in over 30 frameworks, such as FAEI's Marketing Function Framework, Sales Function Framework, Procurement Function Framework. Your main responsibilities include: ● Define product vision for consulting methodologies and too ● Develop and maintain methodology product roadmap ● Create business cases for new tools and frameworks ● Establish pricing and licensing models ● Track methodology adoption and effectiveness ● Conduct market research on consulting trends ● Lead methodology development projects ● Coordinate tool creation and updates ● Manage framework implementation projects ● Oversee pilot programs and testing ● Track project milestones and deliverables ● Coordinate documentation efforts ● Partner with consulting teams on methodology adoption ● Collaborate with marketing on positioning ● Work with delivery teams on implementation ● Engage with clients for feedback and requirements We expect you to:

● 5+ years product management in consulting/professional services ● 3+ years project management experience ● Bachelor's degree in Business or related field ● Product management certification (preferred)● Project management certification (preferred)● Experience with consulting methodologies ● Strong understanding of professional services Some business facts about The KPI Institute:
