The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control theory, system integration, and experience with industrial automation platforms. Familiarity with MarkVI and MarkVIe systems is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement control system architectures for industrial processes and turbomachinery applications. • Design control logic, develop function block diagrams, and create system specifications. • Program and configure PLCs, DCS, and HMI systems for process control. • Perform system modeling, dynamic simulation, and stability analysis for control solutions. • Support system integration, commissioning, and testing activities in lab and field environments. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize control systems to enhance performance and reliability. • Develop technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. • 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing industrial control systems. • Proficiency with control system programming and configuration (e.g., PLC, DCS, SCADA). • Strong understanding of control theory, system dynamics, and PID tuning. • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and Ethernet/IP. • Experience with system modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink. Preferred Skills: • Experience with MarkVI and MarkVIe control systems is highly desirable. • Knowledge of turbomachinery control systems and applications. • Familiarity with safety and redundancy concepts in control system design. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
