Job Description: Associate Director - Macro Corporate Sales Location: Mumbai, India Position Overview: Our client, a global bank, is seeking a dynamic Macro Corporate Sales professional to join its team in Mumbai. This role will drive sales and manage relationships within a designated portfolio, achieving revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned portfolio.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct macroeconomic analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market that can be leveraged for sales growth.
- Collaboration: Work with the Director of Corporate Sales and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives and client strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the organization’s offerings.
- MBA in Finance
- 6-12 years of proven experience in macro (FX, Rates. Commodities) corporate sales
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their impact on corporate sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value portfolios.
