Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!! Role: Peoplesoft HCM Technical Desired Experience: 4+ Years Location: PAN India Desired Competencies:
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 & PeopleTools 8.57 or higher
- Experience in PeopleSoft modules – core HR, Global Payroll, Base benefits & Benefits administration including Pensions administration, ePerformance and self-service – is required
- Understanding of the data model and business process flow for the modules in scope is required
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM solution implementation and Upgrade is required.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM application support
- Strong technical knowledge in the PeopleTools – Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, AWE and PS queries.
- Should have experience in developing integration with other PeopleSoft systems and non PeopleSoft Systems using Real time and other methods. . Should have experience in developing API’s.
