Details here: Founders Office – Strategy Roles Business Strategy – Assortment Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4+ years in data analytics, category management, or related roles Role Objective:  Drive data-driven decisions to optimize the product assortment, ensuring the right mix to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse traBic, conversion, sales and app interaction data, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend assortment strategies and priorities
  • Collaborate with category managers to identify gaps and opportunities in the current product mix.
  • Build predictive models to forecast demand and recommend inventory strategy.
  • Monitor performance metrics for assortment strategies and recommend
  • continuous improvements.
  • Present actionable insights and strategies to Founders
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce/category management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Business Strategy – Pricing
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Experience: 4+ years in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles
Role Objective: Develop pricing strategies to balance profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse app traBic and conversion, competitor pricing, market trends, and
  • customer sensitivity to recommend pricing strategies.
  • Monitor price elasticity and develop dynamic pricing models.
  • Collaborate with category managers to define promotional and discounting strategies.
  • Track pricing performance metrics and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
  • Present pricing insights and approaches to Founders
Qualifications: • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and pricing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models and market dynamics.

Business Strategy - Delivery TAT (Turnaround Time)
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Experience: 4+ years in supply chain analytics, logistics, or related roles
Role Objective: Optimize delivery turnaround time by identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse app conversion data to understand the customer delivery TAT expectation by geography and SKUs, and recommend right procurement points for matching customer expectation
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify root cause of delays and ineBiciencies.
  • Recommend improvement strategies for faster delivery
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements.
  • Track and report delivery performance metrics and suggest actionable insights.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards for continuous monitoring and optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery models in e-commerce.

Role Objective: Understand customer behavior, funnels, and segment the customer base to drive better conversion, personalized engagement, retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights into behavior, preferences, and buying patterns.
  • Develop segmentation models to enable targeted marketing and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute personalized campaigns.
  • Monitor customer lifecycle metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention.
