- Track pricing performance metrics and adjust strategies based on outcomes.

- Recommend improvement strategies for faster delivery
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement process improvements.
- Track and report delivery performance metrics and suggest actionable insights.
- Define KPIs and dashboards for continuous monitoring and optimization.
