Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills Must Have: Qualification: • University Graduate degree (mandatory)• Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now, • Good MS Office knowledge specially MS Excel & Power Point (mandatory)• Prior experience in managing Incidents and Service Requests in an IT infrastructure environment • Confident to interact with the IT Managers, Service Desks and Service Providers in the Region • Excellent command over written and spoken English (mandatory)• Good understanding of Network concept • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) Primary Skills : • VMware & vSphere administration
- VMware, VDI with Horizon & vCenter management
- Microsoft Windows server Administration(2016,2019,2022)
- Storage & File server Management
- Antivirus & security management
- Software updates/upgrade deployment (e.g. Lan guard)
- Vulnerability management using Qualys reporting, or similar.
- Knowledge in VBScript / PowerShell / batch script
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy ,DNS & DHCP
- CMDB/asset management
- SSL Certificates
- Webservices(IIS, Tomcat)
- Change/Problem /Incident Management Process
- Dynatrace Monitoring tool & Performance Optimization
- Documentation and Compliance
