This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creative services and client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Drive client engagement by managing inbound leads and effectively pitching Seller Square's service portfolio
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling client proposals
- Provide expert consultation to clients and guide them to appropriate service solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients when needed
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Fashion Management, Business, or Photography
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational capabilities
- Natural ability to build relationships and connect with people
- Experience or interest in photography is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous improvement
