EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: ❖ Define and Execute Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap to meet current and future business goals. ❖ Architectural Leadership: Make critical architectural decisions, set technical standards, and ensure scalable and secure system designs. ❖ Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. ❖ Operational Oversight: Oversee system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across the organization. ❖ C-Suite Collaboration: Work closely with other executives to ensure technology initiatives align with the company's strategic vision and goals. ❖ Technology Investments: Make informed decisions about resource allocation, technology investments, and emerging technology trends. ❖ Agile Practices: Champion agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of products and features. Expectations from you: Required Qualifications ❖ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from IIT/ a US university. ❖ 8+ years of professional software development experience, with significant experience working in US-based companies. ❖ Demonstrated track record of leading engineering teams and successfully delivering complex technical projects. ❖ Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture. ❖ Proficiency in system design, architecture, and building scalable, secure systems. ❖ Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. ❖ Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Technical Skills ❖ Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and the Node.js ecosystem. ❖ Strong background in building and scaling web applications. ❖ Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other modern database technologies. ❖ Knowledge of microservices architecture and experience designing distributed systems. ❖ Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for modern applications.
