POSITION SUMMARY The Director - Field Operations will report into the VP of Global Supply. This is a cross-functional role that will engage sales, client services and supply / partners. This role will work closely with the InnovateMR teams focused on all areas of supply and the impact of supply on sales and client services via strategic planning, utilization, cost performance, conversion performance and all areas of optimization meeting the demands of the business. This individual will strategize and plan for supply utilization ensuring a best-in-class fielding leading to an increase in sales, realization rates, conversion rates and margin across all supply channels for managed service clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative, communicative, collaborative and kind professional with experience in sampling, client services and team focused efforts. They will be the key report lead on all aspects of supply utilization pre-sale bidding and booked sale execution. Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contacted. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Build and optimize a sampling plan ensuring the team has a full understanding of survey completions, supply channel partner utilization, client challenges, quality settings, margins, targeting from feasibility modeling, and other efforts that can place InnovateMR into a top tier supplier position in the data collection industry.
- Sample planning to be done pre-sale for complex projects, including, B2B, HC ailment, large multi country jobs and any jobs that will rely on manual supply.
- Collaborate with CS and supply teams, for Improved utilization of supply across all key metrics.
- Build a reporting plan across supply channels assisting with job performance as it relates to overall survey completes.
- API Click Conversion Improvements
- Improving the vendor performance and experience with InnovateMR
- Improving click conversions across all channels
- Feedback loop communications with partners and internal team members
- Improved sales and realization due to proper sample planning
- Ensuring quality remains within the corporate KPI while improving other metrics
- Being a team player
