Overview The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring effective negotiation, inventory management, and team leadership to maintain optimal stock levels. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires a strong focus on customs, shipping, and related logistics activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services, ensuring alignment with the company’s budget and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock of materials. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of procurement strategies and processes.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and ensure reliable supply chains.
  • Customs and Shipping Oversight: Coordinate customs clearance processes for imported goods, ensuring compliance with regulations. Oversee shipping logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, forecast needs, and develop strategies for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and project management to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in procurement management, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sectors. Experience in customs handling and logistics is essential.
  • Skills:
