Drive & grow the Electrification & Automation business in Saudi Arabia incl. its own regional P&L, covering the full portfolio range of products, systems, solutions, services, and IoT business
Implement regional strategy in the country, upon the wEAre1 global Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation strategy framework
Develop and lead the Electrification & Automation team in the country in terms of capabilities, capacities and performance
Enable exponential growth in IoT portfolio through strong country focus
Set up & steer an effective vertical- / channel-oriented market coverage for the country and collaborate with other BU´s on their vertical approaches (one Siemens)
Ensure profitable growth by flawlessly executing projects, reducing / effectively managing NCCs and driving productivity
Maximize market coverage across all channels incl. indirect channels e.g. distributors and partner business
Capitalize on Electrification & Automation portfolio to support our customers on their way to carbon neutrality
Be an ambassador for Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation on the RC level for both internal and external matters (Role in the society, set up efficient)
(Steer own local RC workshops and host other global BU functions e.g. Operations/ R&D / QM&GCC)
Ensures that the BU complies with country legal and regulatory requirements

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

5 years of management & leadership experience incl. P&L and financials
Sound business understanding in energy-related businesses.
Strong sales background, ideally paired with sound project management skills and/or, experiences in product management.
Ideally, an electrical engineering degree or comparable.
Service experience would be beneficial.
Sustainability mindset.
Customer orientation and focus.
Previous experience of operating in Saudi / Middle East market and cultures is plus.
Fluent in English and preferably an Arabic speaker.
