The client is a leading global marketer and supplier offering an extremely exciting opportunity to join the multinational business on a 6 month contract with a strong view to turn into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and work flows.
- Stay updated on market trends to provide insights and recommendations for competitive hiring strategies.
- Work within agreed time lines to fill roles, ensuring quality hires.
- Manage a regional recruitment scope
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably in a contract or temporary capacity.
- Demonstrated success in a recruitment role
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
