We are excited to announce that we are hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Jeddah. Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and care.
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes.
  5. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.
  6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications

  1. Arabic language speaker mandatory
  2. Multitasking

  4. Grammatically correct in written and verbal communication
