We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Regulatory Compliance Engineering Specialist to join our team. Role Summary

Supports product regulatory compliance programs through various activities that assist in managing compliance risk and ensuring compliance with applicable product regulatory requirements for intended markets.

What You Will Do

Understand and stay current on product regulatory requirements and related technology requirements.
Follow and utilize established processes and tools to collect, assess, and manage information in support of product certification and compliance.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for processes and tools used to manage product regulatory compliance risks.
Collaborate with product groups, design control, and operations to ensure the development, validation, and production of products that meet applicable regulatory requirements.
Identify and assess emerging regulatory trends and their potential impact on our products and services.
Conduct in-depth analysis of complex regulations to determine compliance requirements.
Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory bodies to influence policy and standards.
Build strong relationships with regulatory authorities to maintain open communication channels.

Skills You Will Have

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes.
Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive manner.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions.
Product Development Best Practices: Knowledge of product development methods and ability to apply best practices for improving quality and costs related to product development.
Risk Management: Knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques for assessing and controlling risk exposure.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Product Engineering: Knowledge of various product engineering techniques.
Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product from concept to production.

Top Candidates Will Also Bring:

Fluency in Arabic and English.
Proven track record of success in regulatory compliance for over 8 years.
Experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

Up to 25% travel domestic and international.
A hybrid role requiring office presence 3 times a week.
