JOB INFORMATION Job Title: IVF Consultant Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology JOB SUMMARY As an IVF consultant at a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia, your role would involve providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life. You would be responsible for diagnosing and treating infertility, performing IVF procedures, providing comprehensive care to patients throughout their fertility journey, and managing reproductive health issues. Your expertise and leadership would contribute to the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional care to women while also supporting education, research, and quality improvement initiatives in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides high-quality IVF care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in IVF / Obstetrics and gynecology.
- American Board/MRCPCH-Irish, UK, Canadian, Australian & New Zealand/DES/CIS/ Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy / SCR Holland/Swedish Board/German Fachartz/Austrian Fachartz/CCST UK/Saudi Board/Arab Board & sub board/ Fellowship.
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in IVF.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
- Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
