The candidate will oversee retail brand marketing activities in the GCC region in the respective brand stores. This involves aligning strategies with the brand concept, customer preferences, door formats, and seasonal product procurement. The role necessitates rigorous retail marketing execution, supplier coordination for on-time and budget-conscious deliveries, and effective communication of seasonal brand narratives. Additionally, the role requires meticulous store-level execution, planning, recapitulation, and project management, alongside close collaboration with operations, brand & product teams & VM team. The candidate will report to the Retail Brand Marketing Manager/Asst. RBM Manager.

Responsibilities:

Putting together the seasonal brand campaign initiatives, seasonal updates, sale launches and driving its implementation at stores across the G.C.C., as per the overall marketing strategy.
Executing marketing initiatives in assigned stores within specified timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
Delivering comprehensive recap reports for all activations/executions.
Collaborating with the product/buying team to align with seasonal priorities, door plans, and product availability.
Conducting regular store visits to ensure the quality of in-store branding elements and take corrective measures if any imperfections are detected.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management.
Proficient (1-3 years) work experience in Retail Marketing or Trade Marketing.
Excellent knowledge of English (written & verbal); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of production, materials, and costing.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong multi-tasking & time management skills.
Strong eye for detail.
Additional: Driving license is desirable.
