(Saudi Nationality & English Fluent Only) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative, HR, and Accounting Officer to join our team. As a Korean company operating in Saudi Arabia, we offer a unique opportunity for candidates interested in Korean culture and business practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative, human resources, and accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Requirements:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Administer employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Support employee relations and address HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle all transactions and documents with Saudi government agencies such as the Tax Authority, Ministry of Labor, and other relevant agencies.
  • Manage banking transactions and relationships to ensure that all financial activities are compliant with local regulations.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all local laws and regulations, including timely submission of required documents and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with government agencies and banks.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies arising in transactions with government agencies or financial institutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related inquiries and communications.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Language in Arabic and English for both communication and writing.
  • Proficiency in online platforms and office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large organization.
  • Punctuality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
