Key Responsibilities: Business Process Management: Analyze, document, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, workflows, and related documentation. Familiar with the BP frameworks and BP modeling techniques. Policies and Procedures Development: Review and update company policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Ensure all documentation adheres to the company’s quality management framework. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established policies and suggest improvements. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Design and implement tools and techniques for monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs). Quality Excellence Frameworks: Lead initiatives to achieve and sustain excellence certifications and accreditations. Stay updated on quality excellence awards in Saudi Arabia and prepare the organization for participation. Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on Lean Six Sigma and corporate excellence frameworks. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA). Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. 3 - 5 Years of Experience in the related field. Experience in using process mapping tools and techniques, as well as familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001, EFQM, or similar management system frameworks. Technical Skills: Process mapping and modeling skills. BPMN 2.0 Process Improvement & Optimization Quality Management Systems Strategic Planning and Execution Training and Development Performance Management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
