Overview of the Role: The Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and initiating business with potential/existing fleet customers by presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B and B2G customers. You will be responsible for promoting the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility brand to achieve your sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation. What You Will Do:
- Achieve quarterly/annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead.
- Develop a strong relationship with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans.
- Maintain and cultivate the relationship with the B2B accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support.
- Identify business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
- Be the single point of contact for all key accounts related inquiries or concerns for Al Futtaim.
- Identify product and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitors’ activities.
- Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of customer data capture and accuracy at all points of sales.
- Prepare fleet reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain accounts receivable within company guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- KSA Automotive B2B (Fleet) experience.
- 5 years in dealership or major account sales role dealing with Rental, Government, and Corporate organizations.
- Well spoken & has strong command of both English & Arabic language.
- Ideally has strong operational experience in both Aftersales & Sales.
- Proven track record of success in Automotive field sales and business development.
- Motor industry experience: specifically, knowledge of Fleet Rental market in KSA and high awareness of excellent customer service and a sincere desire to exceed is essential.
- Strong understanding of fleet sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships across functions with internal teams, including finance, charging, and aftersales, to tailor solutions that meet client needs requirements.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM & Sales software.
- Target-oriented and drive to exceed demanding challenges.
