Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Prepare and maintain corporate records, including board minutes and resolutions.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members and coordinate all board meetings.
  6. Assist in the preparation of board meeting agendas and materials.
  7. Record and distribute minutes of board meetings.
  8. Manage and safeguard confidential information.
  9. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
  10. Perform administrative investigations.
  11. Handle employee issues and advise on recruitment, termination, and employee contracts in collaboration with the relevant department to ensure adherence to labor laws.
  12. Prepare documents for the AGM and EGM meetings of the joint stock companies in the group.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in law (LLB).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. High level of integrity and professionalism.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office.
  9. Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  10. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
