About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SMB Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales to play a key role in driving our expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of potential clients within the assigned SMB territory.
- Proactively meet clients door-to-door to understand their business needs and present Etisalat's portfolio of products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Etisalat solutions and overcome objections.
- Secure sales and achieve assigned targets on a monthly basis.
- Provide accurate and timely market visit reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring revenue.
- Participate in company events and training programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate and minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license essential (preferably).
