About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented SMB Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record of success in B2B sales to play a key role in driving our expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a network of potential clients within the assigned SMB territory.
  2. Proactively meet clients door-to-door to understand their business needs and present Etisalat's portfolio of products and services.
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Etisalat solutions and overcome objections.
  4. Secure sales and achieve assigned targets on a monthly basis.
  5. Provide accurate and timely market visit reports to management.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring revenue.
  7. Participate in company events and training programs.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate and minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Valid UAE driving license essential (preferably).
