Overview of the Role: As the Store Supervisor at Lavi Zil, you will play a key role in managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team development. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will lead by example, guiding the sales team, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring a positive work environment. Conduct regular training sessions for Sales Assistants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store protocols. Assist in setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with Lavi Zil’s brand values.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management. Ensure the store is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing, with a focus on Lavi Zil’s unique natural furniture and handcrafted goods. Efficiently handle Point of Sale (POS) operations and troubleshoot any issues to minimize disruptions. Manage inventory and restock processes, coordinating with the Store Manager on stock levels and ordering.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all customers. Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, providing solutions that uphold Lavi Zil’s standards. Promote Lavi Zil’s products with enthusiasm, demonstrating deep knowledge of the brand and product lines.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to store policies, pricing, and merchandising standards. Report on store performance, including sales metrics, team performance, and customer feedback. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, ideally in furniture, lifestyle, or handcrafted goods sectors.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
