As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality conferences that bring together industry experts, thought leaders, and stakeholders in the gaming space. What you will deliver

• Content Development: Research Web3 technologies, collaborate with experts, and create engaging session topics.
• Speaker Acquisition: Identify and invite high-profile speakers, ensuring alignment with conference objectives.
• Logistics and Operations: Coordinate event logistics, venue selection, and collaborate with the events team
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with the marketing team for effective promotion
• Audience Engagement: Foster a positive environment for networking and collaboration, seek feedback for continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in Conference Production, preferably in Web3 events.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, decentralized applications, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management tools and platforms.
