Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager Experience - 3 to 4 years Location: Andheri West, Mumbai, India (WFO) Company Overview: Client is a Bespoke Creative Business Studio specializing in strategic creative services in entertainment and sports media, content creation and production, creative and publicity design services, and consultation and collaboration. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategies, sales techniques, and team leadership, with a passion for the creative industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote Rootanian's services, enhance brand awareness, and attract new clients. Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales targets. Achieve Quarterly Revenue Targets: Drive business development efforts to meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals set by management. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy development. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, utilizing data to make informed decisions and adjustments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the creative or media industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
