Location: Mumbai, India Type: Full-time (Hybrid/On-Site Preferred) Industry: Luxury Bespoke Tailoring Experience: Minimum 5 years in the fashion/clothing industry At Rajasab , we redefine bespoke tailoring with timeless craftsmanship and personalization. As we scale our presence in the luxury fashion segment, we’re looking for a Creative Director who can bring our vision to life through compelling branding, digital storytelling, and high-end content strategies. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): Brand Identity & Strategy – Elevate Rajasab’s positioning as the go-to bespoke tailor in India through innovative branding and differentiation strategies. Luxury Content Creation – Oversee photo & video shoots, ensuring visuals reflect our premium craftsmanship and luxury appeal. Marketing & Social Media Direction – Lead content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns with a focus on consistency and quality. Website & Digital Experience – Collaborate with designers to ensure Rajasab’s online presence is sleek, immersive, and informative. Influencer & PR Collaborations – Strategically engage with influencers, stylists, and publications to enhance brand awareness. Retail & In-Store Experience – Work on improving store interiors and brand presentation to match the luxury expectations of our clientele. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in the clothing/fashion industry, preferably in luxury or premium brands. ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction in luxury fashion branding, visual storytelling, and high-end content production . ✔ Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and fashion photography direction . ✔ Understanding of consumer psychology & luxury market trends . ✔ Leadership skills to drive marketing and creative teams towards execution excellence. ✔ Ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling narratives.
