Job ID: 2862316 | Afaq - Warehouse Branch Are you looking for a role that makes a difference? Do you have a natural intuition for uncovering the truth? Are you passionate about ensuring integrity in operations? If so, we want you to join our team as an OTR Investigator, focusing on investigations related to DNRs, missing items, behaviors, and policy violations. Role Requirements

  1. Investigate OTR-related incidents: Analyze suspicious activities surrounding DNRs, missing shipments, and behavioral violations to mitigate risks to Amazon, our customers, and DSPs.
  2. Effective Communication: Engage via email and telephone with internal teams and external stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding operational risks.
  3. Enforce Policy Compliance: Uphold Amazon's operational standards by enforcing policy guidelines related to OTR activities and ensuring a high-quality delivering experience.
  4. Fraud Detection: Stay vigilant in identifying emerging trends and patterns of fraud within OTR operations. Take proactive measures to minimize risks associated with these trends.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively across various business units to address issues that may impact financial, legal, and reputational risks.
  6. Productivity Standards: Meet weekly productivity and quality benchmarks for investigations, ensuring timely resolution of cases.
  7. Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake special projects and assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility in working hours, including potential weekend shifts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  2. High school or equivalent.
  3. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  4. Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  5. Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
