General Objective of the Job: Ensuring the smooth and secure operation of information technology systems and networks within the company. This includes providing technical support to users, efficiently resolving technical issues, as well as managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and information security. The technical specialist aims to enhance productivity and innovation by optimizing systems, ensuring data protection, and implementing best security practices, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic goals and supporting business continuity in a safe and effective manner. Details of tasks and responsibilities: 1. Technical Support:

Troubleshooting technical issues: providing solutions for recurring and complex hardware and software problems, either remotely or on-site.
Managing Technical Support Requests: Tracking and managing incoming technical assistance requests through a ticket management system and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Training and guidance: instructing end-users on best practices for using IT systems and devices to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
Documenting Issues: Documenting solutions to technical problems and creating a database of solutions for future reference.

2. System and Network Administration:

Network Setup and Maintenance: Overseeing the creation, installation, and maintenance of network components such as switches, routers, servers, firewalls, CCTV, active directory, and PBX (VOIP), ensuring continuous connectivity and optimal performance.
Server Management: Operating and managing servers, including configuring and tuning servers according to company needs, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues.
Data Backup and Recovery: Ensuring regular data backups are performed and implementing data recovery plans in case of emergencies.
Security Updates: Applying patches and security updates to systems to protect them from cyber threats.

3. Network Security Support:

Implementing Security Protocols: Establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect against viruses and cyberattacks, ensuring data confidentiality.
Monitoring Network Activity: Regularly monitoring and logging network activity to identify suspicious or unusual activities and taking necessary corrective actions.
Security Auditing and Reporting: preparing periodic reports on security levels and identifying potential vulnerabilities to develop a security enhancement plan.

Optimal Educational Level Required at Recruitment:

Bachelor's degree in computer science

Optimal Experience Required at Recruitment:

5 to 8 years.

Optimal Professional Knowledge Required at Recruitment:

Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Good judgment.
Communication skills.
Ability to prepare required reports
Optimal skills and abilities required:
Attention to detail.
Discipline.
Speed and accuracy in performance.
Quick decision-making capability.

Special Requirements and Conditions for Recruitment:

Good knowledge in report preparation methods.
Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and monitoring of network components such as switches, routers, servers, firewalls, CCTV, active directory, and PBX (VOIP).
