Loss Prevention Coordinator | UAE National only

1. Experience in investigative or loss prevention field, preferably in retail, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing industry.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office package.
4. Strong communication skills & basic knowledge of English/vernacular language.
5. Demonstrated ability to deal with business tools & understand business metrics.
6. Ability to perform in a pressure environment with adherence to timelines.
7. Strong interpersonal skills & proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors.
8. Strong business ethics, integrity, and discretion.
9. Travel between Emirates/sites will be required; driving license & transport is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform risk assessment of site & operation model and frame mitigation measures.
2. Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitor optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices.
3. Conduct detailed investigations within the policy framework, identify root causes, write reports, and develop management action plans for process formulation/compliance/improvement.
4. Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could positively impact shrink reduction matrix.
5. Build effective working relationships within the team & manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers/management action plans.
6. Effectively manage security services vendor for SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding force on S&LP processes.
7. Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response.
8. Coordinate with Government agencies at site level.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Emirati National - Experience in the military or law enforcement is preferred, as well as retail or logistics security management experience. • Strong communication skills.
