Job Description Construction Disputes Lawyer Senior Associate Brief We are currently looking to recruit a talented construction disputes lawyer between 6-8 years PQE to join our Construction Advisory and Disputes team operating from our office in Riyadh. This will be a Senior Associate level position. The role will involve working as part of a team most predominantly engaged on substantial Saudi court litigation and international arbitration disputes. The successful candidate would ideally be from a specialist construction disputes background, although candidates from a commercial litigation background may also be considered. The candidate should be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client-focused approach and excellent communication and organisational skills. To be right for us, you will have excellent written and spoken Arabic language skills and Saudi court litigation experience which includes appearing before court-appointed experts. You will have experience of drafting and with the ability to support Arabic and English language arbitration cases with civil law advice.   1. Must have Construction and Disputes experience
  2. Civil Law qualified
  3. Must have experience with Saudi Courts
  4. Must have at least 6-8 years PQE
  5. Must be able to read, speak and write Arabic fluently
