Job description: Job Profile Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints to ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.
Analyze production metrics and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, quality assurance, and logistics, to align production plans with overall business objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in production planning.
Prepare and present regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy to management.
Lead and mentor a team of production planners, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Oversee and execute activities and work required by a job-relevant process to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the monthly and annual departmental business plans, policies and procedures.
Participates in the development of the Master Production Schedules (MPSs) and Material Requirement Plans (MRPs), mainly by identifying and collecting the information required in this regard, in addition to monitoring the efficiency of the developed plans, and documenting all annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans established by the Supply Planning function.
Receives and analyzes demand plans quarterly and monthly to utilize them as an input in generating the Master Production Schedules (MPSs) and Material Requirement Plans (MRPs).

Job Requirements Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role in a relevant industry.

Preferred:

Master's degree in related field.

Language: English -Proficient. Arabic Working knowledge. Location Dammam #J-18808-Ljbffr
