We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate marketing strategies, market trends, and client needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive property sales. Manage all marketing activities related to residential and commercial properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives: Craft tailored marketing plans and campaigns to attract potential clients and tenants. Lead negotiations for lease agreements and contracts with contractors and stakeholders. Oversee advertising and promotional efforts to attract tenants and buyers for vacant properties. Monitor and manage budgets, operational expenses, and financial performance. Conduct market analysis to stay informed on real estate trends and customer preferences. Supervise and mentor marketing and real estate teams, evaluating performance to ensure excellence. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and financial outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate marketing. Strong knowledge of property management, real estate laws, and financial aspects of real estate operations. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
