The Kitchen Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the costs associated with kitchen operations, including food, supplies, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Track and analyze costs related to food purchases, ingredient inventory, and kitchen supplies - Implement cost-saving strategies to optimize expenses without compromising quality - Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget targets - Prepare regular reports on cost variances, trends, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with the management team to develop budget forecasts and cost projections - Assist in inventory and stock management. - Handle kitchen orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of supplies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience in cost control or financial analysis within a food service or hospitality environment - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
