Roles and Responsibilities

To create the most delightful and distinctive experiences for our discerning clients through beauty treatments and to ensure the standards of client experience are impeccable in execution in store and facial cabins. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Welcome clients into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate beauty treatments and products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints.
2. Ensure that “Art of Perfection” Facial is offered to every client when on-counter and convert this product application to a sale.
3. Support any in-store or outbound retail events, i.e. “Art Of Perfection/ Art Of Beauty” events.
4. Deliver Home beauty services to our clients, providing a range of beauty treatments in the comfort of their own homes.
5. Participate in all training modules and coaching sessions offered.
6. Ensure product/hygiene guidelines and merchandise of products, as per the defined standards.
7. Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves.
8. Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays.
9. Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the store manager/counter supervisor to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
10. Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager’s request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education Certificate or diploma in Aesthetics. Travel within the UAE to provide Home services. Years of Experience 2 to 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, spas, or salons.

• Initial assessments: Conduct initial assessments of clients to understand their issues, concerns, and goals.
• Diagnosis: Diagnose conditions, disorders, or physical limitations through interviews, assessments, and medical history reviews.
• Goal setting: Work with clients to set realistic treatment goals and expectations.

• Providing Therapeutic Treatment

• Individual therapy: Offer one-on-one sessions tailored to the client’s needs.
• Group therapy: Lead or facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Develop treatment plans: Create personalized treatment plans and schedules.
• Therapeutic techniques: Utilize specific techniques relevant to therapy.

• Client Support and Guidance

• Emotional support: Provide emotional support to help clients cope.
• Encouragement: Offer encouragement and motivation to clients.
• Education: Educate clients about their condition and treatment options.

• Documentation and Reporting

• Progress notes: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions.
• Treatment adjustments: Adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
• Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality of client records.

• Collaboration and Referrals

• Collaboration with other professionals: Work closely with healthcare providers.
• Referrals: Refer clients to other specialists as necessary.

• Continuing Education and Professional Development

• Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Certifications and licenses: Maintain relevant certifications or licenses.
