Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with a passion for ensuring safety and quality in all aspects of the job. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of employees, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of production workers including maintenance technicians.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production updates, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate and timely completion.
FA Programmer, FF testing and commissioning for pumps.

Qualifications:

Required Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in the installation of fire alarm, fire fighting system & fire pump for building, warehouse & commercial projects.
Offered salary: AED 3,500 to 6,000. A driving license would be an added advantage.
Immediate joiner is an advantage.
