Job Duty Our client, an one stop retail & entertainment hub, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Officer/Senior officer (Ref No: #663052)
Job Descriptions:
• Understand customer’s needs, provide high quality customer service and experience that exceeds their expectations.
• Solve customer’s enquires including ticketing and cashier
• Reflects customer’s valuable feedback regularly and communicate internally to improve all the ways as to enhance brand image.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder or above
• With 1- 2 years customer services experience, hospitality experiences.
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Good communication skills with Kids, responsible, positive and enthusiastic
• Flexible with shift rotation, 4 days working week with longer hour per days
• Candidate with Theme-park / amusement park experience would be big advantage
