We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Excellence Manager to enable business delivery by managing a highly competitive and complex trade structure across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You'll manage a competitive trade structure and enable best-in-class processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Analytics in Core Commercial Cycle:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all secondary reporting and insights, managing data from Nielsen, scan sales, inventory management, MSL, and sell-in/sell-out trends.
- Oversee e-commerce metrics and the management of the distributor system.
- Responsible for channel forecasting, predicting sell-in volumes using Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and sell-out trends.
- Trade Promotion & Pricing:
- Track mailers and analyze competition, evaluating promotional activities for effectiveness.
- Ensure all promotions adhere to approved guidelines and are executed correctly.
- Salesforce Incentive Structure:
- Oversee tracking, analysis, and maintenance of the Salesforce incentive structure.
- Audit & Trade Visit:
- Conduct quarterly audits of distributors for compliance with company standards.
- Perform at least four monthly visits to retailers for performance monitoring and feedback gathering.
- RTM Effectiveness:
- Analyze the route-to-market strategy and store classification to optimize distribution.
- Capability Building:
- Develop and implement a sales capability building curriculum for the assigned channel.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
- Professional Experience: Over 5 years in sales management with a proven track record.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Financial and Business Management: Skilled in overseeing budgets and forecasting sales.
- Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
