Graphic Web Designer

Office location: Okhla phase - II, New Delhi A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Software - Must : Figma and Canva , Working knowledge of design softwares - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Experience - Minimum 6 month experience
• Competence - good sense of design, high on creativity
• knowledge of online design will be preferred .

• Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, brochures and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. Handling multiple design assignments across the Print (Whitepapers, Lite-paper, Brochures, Standees) & Branding (Logo design and stationery items) segments, create Professional pitch-deck or webinars PowerPoint Presentations.
• Create marketing banners, posters, social media Ads, some illustrations as well.
• Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
• Prepare drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.
• Digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.
• Design other promotional and marketing designs for the company.

• Experience in graphics design in Ad Agencies
• Ability to drive the design defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography.
