Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials , negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring material quality, aligning procurement with design specs, and controlling costs.
- Outcomes: Maintain quality and cost-efficiency for all materials, meet project timelines, and build a reliable supplier network.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and custom furniture sourcing.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations (if sourcing internationally).
- Basic understanding of project management workflows.
- Problem-solving skills to address supply chain disruptions.
- Analytical skills to assess cost estimates and procurement efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement Management, Logistics, or Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related field.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or construction is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in sourcing materials for construction, renovation, or interior design projects.
- Fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
