Job Title : Sales Executive – Watches Location : Doha, Qatar Company : Al Shamlan Holding Job Type : Full-Time About Al Shamlan Holding Group : Al Shamlan Holding Group is a leading luxury retailer known for offering premium brands and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Executive specializing in watches to join our team and contribute to the growth of our luxury division. Position Summary : The Sales Executive – Watches will be responsible for providing personalized, high-end customer service while promoting and selling watch collections. The role involves building strong relationships with affluent clients, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell luxury watch collections, focusing on product features, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.
- Drive sales performance, achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to better advise clients.
- Manage inventory, ensure the showroom is well-maintained, and that product displays are aligned with the brand’s premium image.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
- Proven experience in luxury sales, particularly with watches or high-end accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with affluent clients.
- Demonstrated sales success and passion for the luxury market.
- Knowledge of luxury watch brands, market trends, and customer expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems and retail software is preferred.
