Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals and objectives
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align agency operations with overall business strategy
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all agency functions
- Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance productivity and profitability
- Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects and departments
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for individuals and teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Resolve escalated client issues and concerns
- Recruit, hire, and develop top talent across all agency departments including operations and sales
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes creativity and collaboration
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members at all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a marketing agency or similar fast-paced creative environment
- Strong leadership, English communication and people management skills
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of project and account management principles
