Interior Design Drafter (2 Year experience)
Momo design studio is looking for an interior designer drafter who assists the architect/designer to convert designs into technical plans for tendering and construction purposes. Responsibilities- Creating accurate technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints based on project requirements and specifications.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D software to develop precise and detailed plans.
- Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure drawings align with project goals.
- Incorporating feedback and making revisions to drawings as necessary.
- Conducting research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Communicating technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven work experience as a Drafter (2 years).
- Deeply analytical, with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations.
- Ability to stay organized and focused on long projects.
- Strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on a team.
- Superb organizational and time-management processes.
- Proficient with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion.
- Capable with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledgeable about office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
